When do I pay for my order?
All payments must be made when the
order is placed.
Is there a minimum dollar amount
for my order?
No
How do I know if my internet
order was processed?
Your order was processed if it was
confirmed and assigned an order number.
How do I return a product damaged
during shipment?
Coordination of shipment-damaged
products is handled by OneInc, Inc. We will cover items damaged by FedEx or
UPS. We do not cover shipment-damaged products shipped via the US Postal
Service. The procedures to replace a damaged shipment are as follows:

For items shipped via as
"non-freight" service (Most shipments are non-freight.)

The shipment recipient must call the appropriate
shipping carrier as indicated on the shipping label. The recipient must give
the shipping carrier the tracking number(s) on the shipping label and request
a pick-up because the item(s) was damaged during shipping. This first step
must be completed within 5 business days of the shipment's delivery.

After the shipment carrier picks up the damaged
shipment notify ONEinc of the situation via email at dropship@oneinc.com.
Include the LotsofInflatables.com invoice/receipt number and your purchase
order number as well as a description of the damage.

ONEinc will replace the shipment at no additional
cost after ONEinc has verified that the shipment's item(s) was in fact damaged
during shipment. This process may take 2 to 3 weeks.

For items shipped via freight
service (Freight service is used for individual items over 150 pounds.)

The shipment's recipient must receive the shipment
in person and must inspect the shipment when delivered.

The recipient must notify the freight delivery
driver of the shipping damage, request damage documentation and refuse the
damaged shipment.

ONEinc will replace the item at no additional cost
after ONEinc has verified that the item was in fact damaged during shipment.
This process will take a minimum of 2 weeks.
ONEinc will not cover a shipping
damage return and/or replacement in which the customer fails to follow the
proper procedure.
Are the products guaranteed to be
in stock?
We make every attempt to ensure our
products are in stock; however, our inventory is not guaranteed. Also, we
cannot guarantee restock dates. Likewise product descriptions and designs may
also change without notice.
What kind of warranties do you
have?
We warrant our products to be free of defects in
material and workmanship for 30 days from the shipment date unless otherwise
noted. Additionally, the Intex pool filter pumps have a one year warranty,
serviced by the Intex Corporation.
Do you accept Checks, or
Money Orders?
No, we do not accept checks or money
orders. Payment can be made using Visa, Master Card, Discover or American
Express. You can use your Visa debit card.
What is the replacement
policy for a product that was received as a gift and no receipt is available?
If a product was received as a gift
and the you do not have a receipt, contact Intex contact directly --- Intex

handling charge when I place an order?
A standard shipping and handling
charge is calculated into every order, regardless of the shipping method.

FAQ: Inflatable Air Mattresses
Why doesn't the product
measure out to the size stated on the box?
Some of our airbeds state the
approximate inflated size; others state the approximate deflated size. Make
sure you are checking the correct measurement. All sizes are approximate as
each bed is individually sealed to assure quality. The amount of air pressure
you use will also affect the inflated measurements.
If my airbed has a leak, how
can I find it?
First, make sure the cap and plug
are secure. You can use liquid soap in a squirt bottle in order to spray the
seams. If there is a leak it will bubble. (Laundry detergent and dishwasher
detergent will not work; they do not have the "bubbling" effect).
Since my airbed has
flocking, how can I use the repair patch - it won't adhere to the flocking.
The repair patch is designed for
vinyl surfaces only; however, a fine sandpaper, such as an emery board, may be
used to gently rub away the flocking. When that is complete the repair patch
will hold.
How can I clean the flocking?
With mild soapy water. Thoroughly
rinse and air dry.
What is the approximate
weight capacity of the Intex airbeds?
Twin size = 300 lbs.
Double, Queen, King and Rising
Comfort Queen = 600 lbs.
Why isn't there any kind of
warranty included on or in the box?
There is no extended warranty on air mattresses.
We accept returns within 30 days of shipment. The buyer is responsible for
return shipping expenses as well as all other shipping expenses under all
circumstances. All returned non-defective merchandise must be in original
purchase condition with the original packaging intact and include the original
receipt/invoice/packing slip. We will issue credit upon approval of returned
merchandise. We will not issue credit for returned merchandise damaged in

What pump should I use with
my airbed?
All Intex Double Quick Hand Pumps,
Bellows Foot Pumps, and Quick-Fill Electric Pumps will work on all Intex
products.
Will the Quick-Fill or the
Fast-Fill Rechargeable Pump inflate my airbed?
Only if your airbed was designed for
use with this pump.
Why won't my Quick-Fill
Rechargeable Pump work? I turn it on and nothing happens.
Approximately 70 minutes (DC) or 10
hours (AC) are required to fully charge the batteries. This applies to the
first charge and subsequent recharges.
Why won't my Fast-Fill
Rechargeable Pump work? I turn it on and nothing happens.
Approximately 18 hours are required
to fully charge the batteries. This applies to the first charge and all
subsequent recharges.
I misplaced the transformer
to my Fast-Fill Pump. Which transformer do I purchase to replace it?
If your pump states 3.6 volt DC, 28.6W you need to
purchase:
Input: 120 volt, 60Hz, 3W.
Output: 6 volt DC, 120mA, Class 2 transformer.
If your pump states 6 volt DC,
60W you need to purchase:
Input: 120 volt, 60Hz, 3W.
Output: 7.5 volt DC, 200mA, Class 2 transformer
FAQ: Swim Center Pools
Does Intex have a filter
pump for the Swim
Center
Pool?
Yes. The Model M1 filter pump can be
used. All other Intex filter pumps are to be used with the larger above ground
pools such as the 10', 12', 15' and 18' pools.
Can chemicals be used?
Yes, consult your local pool supply
dealer.
Can the "Fast-Fill
Rechargeable Pump" be used to inflate Swim
Center
pools?
The Fast-Fill Rechargeable Pump can
only be used on Family Swim Center Pools that originally come with the special
Fast-Fill Valve.
