FAQ: Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped on normal business days, usually Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received by 1:30PM Eastern Standard Time usually ship that same day.

Should I use "signature" delivery?

Yes. We strongly encourage you to use a signature to confirm your delivery.

A signature delivery helps to make sure that your package gets delivered to the correct address and helps to minimize "lost" packages. If there is a problem with the delivery, such as a lost package, some shipping companies may not process the claim if a delivery was made with no signature.

Most of our packages are shipped via UPS. If you have questions about UPS delivery methods, click here or visit www.UPS.com.

There is no additional charge to request a signature for delivery.

If you have any special instructions relating to the signature at delivery time, you can specify them in the Special Shipping Instructions box and we’ll pass them along to the shipping company.

How much will shipping cost?

The shipping cost depends on the destination, weight and size of the order. Follow the steps below to calculate the shipping costs. This will give you a SUBTOTAL, SHIPPING COSTS and the TOTAL PRICE before you enter your payment information.

  1. Add the item(s) you wish to purchase to your shopping cart

  2. Click the CHECK OUT button

  3. Enter your shipping information.

  4. Click the NEXT button.

TIP: If you think the total cost is too high and you're only buying one item, add one more item to your order. You'll save 10% off your order (excluding shipping and sales tax).

How do I track my order?

Within 2 to 3 business days of placing an order, you'll receive an email with the name of the carrier and the tracking number(s). You can see the details of your order at any time by visiting our ORDER TRACKING page and entering your order number. You can also track your shipment by visiting www.UPS.com and entering your tracking number.

TIP: The easiest way to enter your order number is to copy and paste the number from your confirmation e-mail.

When will I receive my order?

You should receive your order in 2 to 7 business days, depending on the shipping destination, the size of the order and the day and time you place your order. After you've received your email with the shipment details, you can visit the carrier's website for more details about your shipment.

How can I get my order faster than Ground?

No.  At this time we only offer Ground shipping.

Can orders be shipped to Canada or internationally?

No. At this time we only ship within the continental United States.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

No. You need a valid United States Post Office address. If you're not sure if you have a valid address, go to the US Post Office to check your address.

Do you always ship using UPS?

Most of the time we use UPS. There may be times when we choose a different carrier. After your order ships, you'll receive an email identifying the carrier and the tracking number(s).

What happens if I refuse delivery of my order?

Refusing to accept the delivery of your order does not constitute a cancellation of that order. You are still responsible for all costs associated with shipping the order to you. The refund that you will receive is only for the merchandise returned to us. The shipping costs of your order will not be refunded to you.

What does this error message mean and what do I do?

Error message: "The maximum per package weight for the selected service from the selected country is 150 pounds. (111035) Please contact the merchant for other shipping options."

The total weight of your order is 150 pounds or more. You can split into two orders, making sure each is less than 150 pounds. Or you can send us an email and ask for assistance.
